Rental time frame

Please contact us for availability and to reserve your date.
To confirm a reservation, we require a 50% deposit, and a signed TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The deposit is 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of your total order, which will be deducted from your  final balance. Your order will not be considered ‘reserved’ until a deposit and signed contract are received. Quotes and proposals do not guarantee availability of rental equipment. 

Payments can be made in either of the following ways: check or cash.  All payments must be paid in full 7 days prior to your event. Payments AFTER your event are not allowed.
 

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. On the day you book your order, the items are considered out of our inventory for the date specified, and thus, made unavailable to other potential customers. This ensures you will have all the items you need on the date you require them. Because of this, we do have certain policies regarding changes to your order. The Rental Deposit is NON-refundable, however if costumer chooses to cancel event 14 days or more prior to the event the deposit becomes a credit for future orders. The credit is for 2 years of payment date, an email will be sent to confirm such credit. The only way a deposit becomes refundable is if we are in state of emergency. 

 The rental rate is based on a 48-hour rental. Should you need the items longer, please contact us and ask about our multi-day rates. 

Currently we do not offer delivery or pick up, so you will need to arrange your own transportation for the rental items. Please schedule with us your desired pick up and drop off dates and times a week before your rental period begins.

We charge a 50% fully refundable damage and cleaning deposit on all rentals. We ask that you return all items on time,  undamaged and in clean condition. Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned items, the damage and cleaning deposit will be fully refunded within 2 weeks.

Due to the nature of our business, our items are frequently rented and cleaned. While we strive to give you the best quality products every time, please note that there may be signs of “ordinary wear and tear” and that we cannot guarantee new or like-new quality.  You acknowledge that prior to taking the rented item(s), you examined it,  saw it in operation (if appropriate), and are aware of its condition  and that it is in good condition except for any defect noted on this contract. It is your responsibility to return the rented  item(s) in the same condition, except for  ordinary wear and tear.
